About Us

Fair-Trade African Art & Craft represents over 12 cooperatives of HIV+ artisans in the East Africa, who make a living through the sales of their handwork.

Fair-Trade African Art & Craft network-works to help the community through a diverse array of programs that target illiteracy, unemployment, poverty, the AIDS epidemic, and lack of social services including HIV/AIDS health services.

We support cooperatives to tackle exploitative labor (Including child labor) of people affected by HIV and the unsustainable exploitation of natural resources
